Edwin helps in every facet of the mill at 2t. He preps during the day then helps on the floor at night. He makes sure your popovers are warm and delicious and usually is the one to re-set your silverware and run your food. He does it all and always with a smile! He also is the one to make everyone laugh with a joke.
